Mobile Food Restaurant

I want to throw out a few ideas on what I foresee the mobile food industry to be. Elaborate mobile restaurants leasing private parking space is the future I want to be a part of.

griffin on 7.6.2011 at 06:36 PM 1236 NSPoints	About a year ago I was thinking to myself, how cool would it be to have something where there's 5-star quality food in a mobile restaurant. I think it could be great in this area, but even bigger in a city with a more vibrant happy hour crowd like Charlotte. I dig it.

Sid on 7.8.2011 at 05:46 AM 1403 NSPoints	I'm a big fan of the "food truck" movement. The quality of the food in them has grown temendously. There are a few great ones in my area that I frequent. I'm excited to see what the next evolution will be.

jznryn on 7.22.2011 at 05:44 AM 2078 NSPoints	Its really big here in Durham. There's a place call The Cookery which is a small incubator for food trucks. I keep thinking about some of historical Black owned restaurants that are shutting down that could benefit from another revenue stream.
